Louise Jameson Swaps Doctor Who for Time Travelling (with Myself)

Doctor Who star Louise Jameson rediscovers the magic of time travel in new streaming series Time Travelling (with Myself)

Louise Jameson will soon be stepping into the time vortex once again. But this time she won’t be hopping into the TARDIS on Doctor Who. Instead she’ll be appearing in the web based mini-series Time Travelling (with Myself). The streaming series follows the adventures of schoolboy Clifford Sparks (Jake Clarke) as he encounters the mysterious Oddfellow (Mark Finbow). The apathetic school boy must fight for his future when he realises his adventurous treasure hunting time bending companion seeks to control his destiny. Time Travelling (with Myself) also features Louise Jameson in a mysterious role.

Early career film makers and local teenagers collaborated to develop Time Travelling (with Myself) as an opportunity to take their first steps into the independent film industry.

The team shot the series in and around Lowestoft, while support came from the Suffolk Community Foundation, National Lottery Community Fund, East Suffolk Council, Cultural Connections and Youth Investment Fund.

A premiere event is taking place in November, including a screening and Q&A

Time Travelling (with Myself) will have a regional premiere on the 14th of November at 7pm at the Seagull theatre in Lowestoft. The 90 minute event will include a screening, a Q&A, as well a chance to have your photo taken with the time machine from the show.

Meanwhile, Louise Jameson can also be found every week as ITV soap opera Emmerdale as Mary Goskirk. Furthermore, the former Doctor Who companion has teased that major storylines for her character will kick off in November. The drama surrounding Mary’s family is expected to be an ongoing arc continuing throughout 2025 on the popular soap.

Other upcoming projects for Jameson include Dog Days, and Perfect Twelve. However, little is known about either just yet, other than Perfect Twelve focusing on a dangerously obsessed barber.
