We recently revealed that Daleks grace the cover of the new issue of Doctor Who Magazine. We also revealed some tantalising hints as to what the issue contains. With the magazine out in all good stores tomorrow we now have more information as to what the issue contains. It’s a packed issue which sounds like it’s got something for everyone.

Issue 522 sheds new light on the Dalek craze of the 1960s, as agent Beryl Vertue and writer Brad Ashton remember the roles they played. “The Daleks were really the beginning of the BBC handling merchandise,” says Beryl. “None of us really knew what we were doing, so one might say we invented it.”
