The BBC have treated us today with a couple of new clips, giving us a further insight into the cast and characters that make up the new series.

First up is a short video telling us more about the character of the Thirteenth Doctor.

Jodie Whittaker says of her role, “it’s an amazing character because she’s continually striving for everyone to be together and to work together. I suppose that’s the brilliant thing about the show is that we may be from worlds away but actually there are such huge similarities that that’s why we can all connect so well.”

Elsewhere, Bradley Walsh is up to his usual tricks on the set of ‘The Woman Who Fell to Earth‘, stealing snacks from the train’s refreshments trolley!
