Just wondered have you considered having a "Disembaudio" type feature in your commentaries similar to Rifftrax? So people know the the video and audio are synched at the same point?
This is just a gripe of my own what with iPlayer occasionally needing to buffer and the commentary getting ahead or with pausing. Not your fault obv. but just a thought.
