Where are u getting your info on the price for the DVD? Everywhere I've seen it priced between £17 – £22

That's the "RRP". It is ALWAYS higher than what the actual product actually sells for online. That's just the norm.
The price comes from the company that produces the DVDs, 2|entertain.
