The BBC have released new promotional pictures from the Doctor Who 2012
Christmas special, The Snowmen – click on the images included here for
bigger versions. The hour-long episode will air on BBC One at 5.15pm, Dec 25. It
will air in the USA (on BBC America) and Canada (SPACE) on Dec 25 whilst
Australia (ABC1) and New Zealand (PRIME) receive it just hours later on
Dec 26.

Featured in the pics are: The Doctor (played by MATT SMITH), Dr Simeon (RICHARD E GRANT), Captain
Latimer (TOM WARD), Vastra (NEVE MCINTOSH), Strax (DAN STARKEY), Jenny
(CATRIN STEWART), Francesca (ELLIE DARCEY-ALDEN), Digby (JOSEPH
DARCEY-ALDEN), Alice (LIZ WHITE) and Walter (CAMERON STREFFORD).

  1. Is it just me or does the young boy's coat look exactly like the one young Kazran Sardick wore in A Christmas Carol?

  2. Hope that Richard E Grant's character isn't catching people and putting them in snow globes. that is really cheesy Christmas mush.

    I've got nothing to base this on but I only mention it because they are holding globes in the promos and in the picture with the umbrella in mid air there looks like a hazy forcefield against the blue sky.
