Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat along with other cast and creative will be appearing at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.  The Doctor Who Panel will be held on the afternoon of 23rd July – the last day of the convention – in largest hall, Hall H.  The 2017 Christmas Special is not complete yet, but we are hoping for a few exclusive clips to be shown at the event.  Peter first appeared on stage at the SDCC two years ago following several successful appearances by Matt Smith, David Tennant. Russell T Davies, Karen Gillian and much more.

No word if the next Doctor will be announced at the event but it will be a huge send off for Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat.  We’ll supply more details when we have them.

Also appearing at the SDCC will be David Tennant who will be promoting his new animated series for Disney XC, Duck Tales. The series follows Scrooge McDuck, voiced by David Tennant and his curious and mischief-making grandnephews — Huey, Dewey, and Louie — and the optimistic yet temperamental Donald Duck as they embark on high-flying adventures. On stage with Tennant are Danny Pudi (Hewey), Ben Schwartz  (Dewey), Kate Micucci (Webby) and Beck Bennett (Launchpad), as with Executive Producer Matt Youngberg and Story Editor Francisco Angones.  The panel will occur in Room 6A of the San Diego Convention Center, Friday, 21 July at 3:30 pm.

Susan Hewitt is the Editor and Site Owner of Blogtor Who. She has loved all Doctor Who for over 5 decades now. Prisoner, Blake-7, Space-1999, Star Wars and Star Trek were also huge favourites. Her favourite Doctor is Tom Baker with Peter Capaldi following in a close second. However, David Tennant does rank as one of her favourite actors particular due to his brilliant work in theatre. She followed her heroes and became an Electrical Engineering in the semiconductor industry and worked for ATI, AMD and ARM. She is the CTO of Ryff when she isn't writing or editing Blogtor Who.
