The official Doctor Who website has launched a new page, ‘Staying In The TARDIS‘, providing weekly activities for fans of all ages to keep us entertained at home!

Each week, there’ll be a range of challenges, puzzles, stories, and more to try your hand at if you’re finding yourself at a loose end during these strange times. There’s bound to be something for everyone amongst the activities on offer this week!

Create Your Own Doctor Costume

This week’s challenge set as part of ‘Staying In The TARDIS‘ asks fans to put together their own unique Doctor costume using whatever they can find in their wardrobes. There have already been a number of outfits shared using the hashtag #StayingInTheTARDIS on Twitter by fans of all ages!

Puzzles, Recipes, Colouring Sheets, and More

If dressing up isn’t your thing, there’s even more creative activities to try out. This week, fans can download a colouring page inspired by ‘The Impossible Astronaut’, as well as a Tenth Doctor paper doll to dress up! There’s also a Thirteenth Doctor-inspired word search, plus a recipe for Dalek cupcakes taken from Joanna Farrow’s Doctor Who: The Official Cookbook.

Free Short Stories, Comics, Quizzes and Videos

Elsewhere, Titan Comics have made the digital edition of the first issue of their ongoing Doctor Who: The Thirteenth Doctor series downloadable for free from Comixology. (Why not read BlogtorWho‘s review of Issue #1 before you download your copy?) ‘Staying In The TARDIS’ also offers a collection of short stories from current showrunner Chris Chibnall, as well as writers Pete Mctighe, Joy Wilkinson and Paul Cornell.

Also available on the page are virtual quizzes, plus some recent videos from across the Doctor Who universe!
