Panels for Time Lord Victorious and for Doctor Who gaming from Maze Theory join the already announced Thirteenth Doctor panel

The fan world of conventions and events has had to evolve quickly this year in the face of the global pandemic. And that evolution continues as New York Comic Con and MCM Comic Con join forces to create Metaverse. Metaverse will be a special online convention available worldwide next month. They’d previously announced a Doctor Who panel hosted by BBC America. With Jodie Whittaker (the Doctor), Mandip Gill (Yaz), and Bradley Walsh (Graham) in attendance it might provide our first snippets of information about the Revolution of the Daleks special and the status of Series 13. But now two more panels have been announced! BBC Studios will be discussing their plans for Time Lord Victorious. While Maze Theory will be unveiling the future of Doctor Who computer games.

The five part series, which features the Dalek Emperor encountering a menace which threatens Skaro itself, is due to launch in November and will be free to view on the official Doctor Who YouTube channel. The cast will let fans in on what to expect, and who, they play.  Plus they’ll talk about how they overcame the challenges of recoding their voiceovers during a global pandemic! Goss, meanwhile, as the mastermind overseeing the gargantuan crossover, will be able to provide insight into how all the pieces fit together and what inspired it.
