Popular actor Matt Smith was a guest on the ITV1 show, This Morning, this morning – watch his interview in the player above. During it, he discusses the 2012 Doctor Who Christmas Special The Snowmen, fans and a Series 7 Part 2 story which was described as “danger through wi-fi”.

  1. I don't know if folks in the UK realize how incredible it is to see a major ITV program promoting the competition. Doctor Who is regularly promoted on ITV, this isn't new. But in North America, you'd never see, for example, someone from ABC's Once Upon a Time on NBC's Today Show. Or if it happens, it very rare and rarely has to do with promoting an upcoming episode. It really shows how huge DW is in the UK that even the competing networks can't ignore it.
