  1. I'm still reeling from the revelation about "seek, locate, destroy!" Great fun commentary as always.

    (I was the anonymous commenter from last week with "The Doctor lies" and horse facts… I'll stop being anonymous now!)

    My own Missy theory is a combination of the TARDIS one you mentioned and one currently circulating that "Missy" might be short for "mistakes" and she's the embodiment of the Doctor's mistakes. Perhaps the TARDIS, worried about the Doctor's growing darker streak, is saving people who have died from the Doctor's mistakes and will show them to him in the finale, in an attempt to make him realise his wrongdoings? Bit complex, bit far out, but you never know with Who!
