The BBC have released some great promotional pictures from Episode 9 of Series 10 Empress of Mars. The Doctor (Peter Capaldi), Bill (Pearl Mackie) and Nardole (Matt Lucas) find themselves on Mars in between the Ice Warriors. and Victorian soldiers.
Empress of Mars was written by fan favourite Mark Gatiss (Doctor Who, Sherlock) and directed by Wayne Yip (Doctor Who spin-off Class)

Official Synopsis
The Doctor, Bill and Nardole arrive on Mars and find themselves in an impossible conflict between Ice Warriors… and Victorian soldiers.
As the Martian hive awakens around them, the Doctor faces a unique dilemma – this time the humans, not the Ice Warriors are the invaders. When Earth is invading Mars, whose side is he on?
Empress of Mars premieres on 10th June at 7:15 pm BBC One and BBC America at 9/8c.
