Once I’ve stopped hyperventilating, we’ll talk about that series finale!
That’s better. Now, there’s a lot to unpack in this episode and for that you can see our review of ‘The Doctor Falls’ here. But we want to know what you think. So, for the last time this side of Christmas, let’s fall into Twitter and see what you all stood for.

— Bec Heim (@Bec_Heim) July 2, 2017
Why is it now on a farm?
Was the cyber man war with John Simm being a campy Bond villain not enough?! #DoctorWho— Scott (@DanishInsurance) July 1, 2017
What do they EAT on that farm? #DoctorWho
— ✨Flowerbedgrl✨ (@flowerbedgrl) July 1, 2017

Meanwhile, the old Cybermen have learnt a new trick.

— Francesca McEvoy (@F_McEvoy) July 1, 2017
Older John Simm Master is much better than "Harold Saxon" era Simm's Master. Proper chilling villain! #DoctorWho

— Hals ⚡️ (@HalsMalsTS7) July 1, 2017
#DoctorWho It's entirely possible that David Bradley appearing was the best thing about that finale. But it's a close one.
— Natalie Hogg (@astronat) July 1, 2017
Wasn't expecting David Bradley appearing in that episode of @bbcdoctorwho but very cleverly written as always. This series!#DoctorWho
— Lewis Harvey (@MrLFHarvey) July 1, 2017
INTRODUCING DAVID BRADLEY asBILL.
— Paul Kirkley (@prkirkley) July 1, 2017
So it’s safe to say ‘The Doctor Falls’ lived up to the hype.
That was beautiful. That was one of the most beautiful episodes of Doctor Who I have ever witnessed. Just… beyond words. #DoctorWho

That was #DoctorWho at its very best and also, in places, at its worst too
— Sam Wilson (@MrSamWilson) July 1, 2017
The Doctor Falls: Hmm, not sure what to think. There's stuff I like, there's stuff that wasdoesn't work. Need to think on it. #DoctorWho

We’ll be back at Christmas with Twitter reactions to the Christmas special. But, for now, I’ll leave you with the meatspace reactions I captured of the David Bradley reveal.

Thanks everyone for loving the show I watched from day one. My Dad worked on it, and later so did I. It has made me who I am. What a privilege to have TV shows like this for over 50 years ! This is modern culture at it’s very best. High art – yes, I truly mean that. Orchestral music. Philosophical depth, majestic performances, tragedy, comedy, horror, mystery and scientific fact mixed in with great story telling. The Greeks would be proud, as would Shakespeare, possibly Shostakovich too. Bravo Steven Moffat. Bravo Murry Gold ! Bravo Peter Capaldi – Bravo everyone.
Thank you for your post. We definitely love the show. What lovely story.
