The stars and creative team of You, Me and Him will be attending a special charity screening of their movie in support of Jersey Baby Bean Appeal today. The event was created through the collaboration of Baby Lifeline, the official charity for the film, Phillip’s Footprints to raise funds for the purchase of a wireless foetal monitor for the Maternity Unit at the Jersey General Hospital.

David and Georgia Tennant will join stars Christian Brassington, Tessie Orange-Turner, Sally Phillips and writer/director Daisy Aitkens at the charity screening of You, Me And Him. Also attending is Judy Ledger the Founder and CEO of Baby Lifeline. Baby Lifeline is a unique mother and baby charity supporting the care of pregnant women and their newborn and unborn babies. David Tennant, Daisy Aitkens and Sally Phillips, have recently become ambassadors for the charity’s £5 million Monitoring for Mums Appeal, which provides monitoring equipment for maternity and neonatal units across the UK.
The celebrities will arrive at 6:30 pm with a red carpet entrance at Jersey’s Cineworld. Once in the cinema, guests will be treated with a “Bubbles” receptions before seating at for the Q&A event with David and Georgia Tennant, Daisy Aitkens and more. The movie will start at about 7:30 pm.
You, Me and Him
You, Me and Him is a romantic comedy about a couple at different points in their lives: high-powered lawyer Olivia (Lucy Punch) is nearly 40 and wants to start a family but her free-wheeling younger partner Alex (Faye Marsay) doesn’t share her urgency. What happens next involves recently-divorced neighbour John (David Tennant) and creates a tangled web of consequences and pregnancies.
