The Master takes the spotlight in a short story collection from BBC Books this July

We’re entering the final countdown towards the Master revealing the terrible truth to the Doctor. And a new short story collection has been announced to celebrate Gallifrey’s most notorious child. Doctor Who: I Am The Master – Legends of the Renegade Time Lord is out this July and brings together six new tales of the Doctor’s best enemy.

Each story features a different incarnation of the Master as they scheme and plot in pursuit of their agenda. All climaxing in a novella length escapade for the Sacha Dhawan Master set during his TARDISless exile to Earth in Spyfall.

The new stories come from established Doctor Who authors Peter Anghelides (The Ancestor Cell, The Missy Chronicles), Mark Wright (Project: Twilight, The Highgate Horror), Mike Tucker (Tales of Terror, The Target Storybook), Beverly Sanford (The Target Storybook), Matthew Sweet (The Shakespeare Notebooks, The Target Storybook.)

The collection will be released on the 9th of July, priced £12.99. It’s available for pre-order from Amazon (link below).
