At the weekend’s Midnight Convention, hosted by Starfury and featuring David Tennant and Billie Piper, details of a new Doctor Who DVD were exclusively revealed by commissioning editor of the range, Dan Hall, and documentary maker, Chris Chapman.

At a panel discussing Doctor Who DVDs it was announced that the Jon Pertwee story, The Green Death, will receive the “Revisitations” treatment on a two-disc set in 2013. Chapman has produced a “making of” documentary whilst the release will also feature The Sarah Jane Adventures story Death of the Doctor featuring Katy Manning. The two-parter from the spin-off show will also be available to watch with an audio commentary from former Who showrunner Russell T Davies and the aforementioned Manning.
