Earlier this evening a preview of the Doctor Who 2012 Christmas Special aired at the end of The Angels Take Manhattan – watch it in the player above. Featured in the trail are Matt Smith, Richard E. Grant (who previously played The Doctor in The Curse of Fatal Death and Scream of the Shalka) and Jenna-Louise Coleman (who older readers may remember played Oswin Oswald in Asylum of the Daleks).
The episode also stars Tom Ward (Silent Witness), is written by current showrunner Steven Moffat and directed by Saul Metzstein (Dinosaurs On A Spaceship, A Town Called Mercy). Is the Christmas Special a ghost story? – more HERE.
