BlogtorWho is pleased to bring you a brand new podcast. Hosted by three of our writers the BlogtorWhoCast opens with a ‘Thirteenth Doctor Special’.
The BlogtorWhoCast is a new podcast for Doctor Who fans, presented by Bedwyr Gullidge, Susan Hewitt and Mat Greenfield. Together they will discuss the latest news from the world of Doctor Who and debate specific topics or review episodes. We also hope to bring some exclusive interviews with special Doctor Who guests. It is available on Soundcloud and iTunes, beginning with a ‘Thirteenth Doctor Special’.
In Episode 1, recorded a couple of weeks ago, Bedwyr, Susan and Mat discuss some recent news. Mat talks us through the First Doctor Adventures, starring David Bradley, coming soon from Big Finish. Susan brings us news of ‘Good Omens’ starring David Tennant and Bedwyr raises the closure of the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff. Together the trio then debate the casting of Jodie Whittaker as the Thirteenth Doctor. They discuss her suitability for the role, the prospect of a female Doctor and ponder how this will affect viewing figures.
