Actress Alex Kingston (River Song) was a guest on BBC One’s The One Show earlier this evening – watch her in the player above. During it she talks about Matt Smith leaving Doctor Who and the prospect of kissing a female Doctor. Also included is a clip of Alex as a young girl in the popular BBC children’s series Grange Hill.

  2. Awesome! Bring on more River Song! I just wish they would show us (A) hers and The Doctor's last meeting before she heads to the Library and (B) how she was a "ghost" in The Name of the Doctor. I've loved Alex since her American ER days and have loved every second of her Doctor Who. Cannot WAIT for more! 🙂
