As we creep closer to April 15th and the start of Doctor Who series 10 all the information we need is coming together.
Today we have confirmation of the start time of episode 1 ‘The Pilot’. The premiere episode has been given a very appropriate start time of 7:20pm on BBC One. The show is nestled between Pointless Celebrities and the ever popular Casualty. No Strictly Come Dancing to block its way! But there is still a clash with the new series of Britain’s Got Talent over on ITV at 8pm.
‘The Pilot’ is a hugely enjoyable episode that will no doubt have you wanting more from the new pairing of Peter Capaldi’s Doctor and his new ‘breath of fresh air’ companion Bill Potts played by Pearl Mackie. See our preview for more.
But don’t be quick to turn off at the end as there is a not-to-be-missed spoiler waiting in the next time trailer.
Doctor Who: The Pilot is written and executive produced by Steven Moffat, executive produced by Brian Minchin, produced by Peter Bennett and directed by Lawrence Gough.
