Today is the eighteenth day of the Blogtor Who Advent Calendar where each day, up until Christmas (it’s the 25th, in case you’re not religious and aren’t aware), I’ll be leaving a little treat for you (though you won’t have to open a door to get it). Day 17 can be found HERE.

Included for your listening “pleasure” are some different versions of the Doctor Who theme tune as performed by Blogtor. Use the players below or the download links provided.

  1. All interesting musical varieties.

For the Eighties, I suddenly thought of the Vampire girls from Venice doing a Disco sorta version together (with the Master and Lucy leading).

    For Country–the Cybermen doing a Texas Line-dance.

Don't eye-roll, sometimes the images are just randomly weird 😉

    Thanks, gents!

  2. "Dr. Funk" seemed to have some Prog Rock influence too. Niiiiice. 🙂

I really liked the "Muse" version. (Named after the band?)

  3. Dr Funk brings to mind a 70's blaxploitation version of the show. Someone missed an opportunity there.

Thanks also for doing these things. You've obviously put a lot of work into them, and they always raise a smile. Looking forward the final week, but in the meantime a merry Christmas to the Blogtor "team"!

  4. I was remiss in not offering my appreciation for the work in providing these theme variations! Thank you both very much. I do enjoy all your work each day!

Merry Christmas and an outstandingly fantastic 2012 to the Blogtor bunch!
